Refund Policy
1. General Policy
1.1 All fees paid are generally non-refundable, except as specified below.
1.2 Refund requests must be submitted in writing within prescribed timelines.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 If admission is cancelled by IAAS prior to course commencement, a full refund (excluding administrative charges) may be provided.
2.2 If a student withdraws before course commencement, refund may be considered after deduction of processing/administrative charges.
2.3 No refund shall be applicable once:
(a) Classes have commenced
(b) Study material has been issued
(c) Online access has been activated
3. Special Cases
3.1 Medical or exceptional cases may be considered on a case-to-case basis, subject to approval by IAAS management.
3.2 Documentary evidence may be required.
4. Course Cancellation/ Rescheduling
4.1 If a course is postponed or rescheduled, students may:
(a) Opt for the next batch, or
(b) Request a refund (subject to approval).
5. Non Refundable Components
5.1 Registration fees, admission processing charges, uniforms, study materials, and third-party costs are non-refundable.
6. Refund Processing
6.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days.
6.2 Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
